Lina is a fantastic person and a great realtor. She really cares about her clients. My husband and I were very picky when looking for a home. She never complained or discouraged us from looking at any house. We have two small children and she was always flexible about her schedule to accommodate us, often with last minute notice that we wanted to come see a house. She will always pick up the phone or text you back immediately if you try to get a hold of her. She also was very helpful about what to look for in a well built house. She even came to look at houses with us after she broke her foot and could barely walk! She was able to help us find a great home at a great price. We loved working with Lina for the house we purchased! We had a different agent prior to working with Lina, and it was such a stark difference. Our prior agent didn't know anything about the houses we saw, didnt offer any insight, and clearly was just trying to make a sale for her own numbers. In contrast Lina helped us identify homes that specifically meet our needs/desires by doing the research based on what we were looking for. She gave her honest opinion about each home, even if that meant she may not make a sale. She made the whole process easy to navigate and negotiated expertly to make sure we really felt we were getting a good value.
